And while Gump's first story was sadder, in its loose sequel entitled Gump – We Are a Pair, viewers can look forward to lots of funny animal scenes. Alongside the main character, a new character will appear, Jenny the dog, who will play Gump's sister Kytička.

The main roles will be played by the rabbits Bob and Bobek living in a maringotka after a famous magician in a gardening colony, where a competition for the best Zlatý kořen vegetables is being prepared. Bob and Bobek enter the competition, but their gardening skills are not the best and the competition is fierce. And on top of that, all the crops start to disappear from the gardens of all the contestants. Can Bob and Bobek uncover the culprit? And who will finally win the contest for the Golden Root?

Forest engineer Ivan fell in love with scientist Julie. After their wedding, they bought a guesthouse in the heart of the picturesque Šumava Mountains, where they moved in with Julie's 16-year-old daughter Kačka and her dachshund Hugo. However, Ivan and Julie are primarily focused on having a child and neglect the running of the guesthouse. Julie falls into despair and begins visiting the charlatan Kallvíni, who is supposed to help her get pregnant. It is therefore no surprise that crowds of guests are not flocking to their guesthouse when no one knows about this beautiful place. In addition, the guesthouse is run by two incompetent old women whom Julie hired to help out. Fortunately, her daughter Kačka, who had ADHD as a child and has been listening to her Hugo ever since, comes up with the idea of running a "Guesthouse for dogs... and their owners" with her four-legged friend.

Former classmates gradually gather at the party. This reunion would probably be marked by light banter and nostalgic memories, but instead of another classmate, a door-to-door salesman rings the doorbell and brings unexpected news about a friend who will never arrive. The partygoers set off together by bus to visit him. During the journey, it becomes clear that talking about real feelings is much more complicated than it seems.

Her relationship with the nonconformist young man changes all her previous certainties about life, as was possible under the socialist regime, in times of "normality."
