Tenshin Nasukawa vs. Takeru (also known as The Match 2022) was a professional kickboxing event held at The Tokyo Dome on June 19, 2022. Rizin Fighting Federation CEO Nobuyuki Sakakibara was a general producer, and has stated that this would be a neutral event regardless of the organization. The main card featured fighters from K-1, RISE, and other kickboxing promotions. The main event was a cross-promotional bout between Tenshin Nasukawa, representing RISE, and Takeru, representing K-1.

The K-1 WORLD GP 2022 JAPAN ～K’FESTA.5～ takes place on April 3, 2022, at Yoyogi National Gymnasium in Tokyo, Japan. This kickboxing event features Yuki Yoza challenging Taio Asahisa for the Lightweight title in the main event. Other fighters include Takanotsume Tatsuya, Leona Pettas, Kizaemon Saiga, and Minoru Kimura across the card. A notable bout pits Kenta Hayashi against Kona Kato in the welterweight division. It’s K-1’s flagship event of spring 2022.

The K-1 WORLD GP 2022 JAPAN Inaugural Bantamweight Championship Tournament takes place on December 3, 2022, at Edion Arena Osaka in Osaka, Japan. This kickboxing event features an eight-man inaugural Bantamweight Championship Tournament with fighters like Toma Kuroda, Kazuki Miburo, Rui Okubo, and Erdem Taha Dincer. The tournament concludes with Kuroda facing Miburo in the final to crown the first champion. Additional bouts include K-Jee vs. Satoshi Ishii in a heavyweight clash and Yuki Yoza vs. Yuki Egawa in lightweight.

The card will be headlined by a rematch between Yuki Egawa and Tatsuya Tsubakihara for the K-1 Featherweight title. Krush 132 takes place on December 18, 2021, at Korakuen Hall in Bunkyo, Tokyo, Japan. This kickboxing showcase features Mahmoud Sattari facing Koji Shikuwa for the Krush 90kg Championship in the main event. Other key matchups include Takahito Niimi vs. Tatsuki Shinotsuka for the Krush 58kg Championship.
