A woman has a chance to free herself from an oppressive past when she meets a man with whom she re-discovers her passion for tango. But before she can move on she has to accept some uncomfortable truths.

Érica struggles to build a new life with her young daughter, Flor, but everything is threatened when Pedro, her ex-partner and Flor's father, is released from prison after three years. At first, everything seems fine, but the fragility is shattered when Pedro can't control his dark impulses, unleashing a family turmoil.

Santiago, an Argentine police corporal, crosses the border into Uruguay fleeing from other police officers who are looking for him. Using his uniform, he inspects regional food stalls, sampling dairy products and cold cuts to survive, while trying to go unnoticed among the locals. Without money or lodging, but with empathy and cunning, he begins to plot a new life, receiving help from local characters he meets along the way and even finding what he believes to be the love of his life.

Based on the play of the same name, the film features Siamese twins Annie and Dani, who face physical separation in an act that is as surgical as it is existential. Willie, another brother who has to operate on them, confesses his desire to be a Siamese and asks to sew himself to one of them. The tensions and obsessions of the cast become entangled with the fantastic fiction; meanwhile, the main location threatens to collapse.

After many years working for a multinational company, Hugo Vaca is laid off and must face the harsh reality of the job market. On the verge of despair, he connects through a friend with a group of investors who offer to buy his house, valued at one million dollars, at 50 percent of its value, but with usufruct rights until his death. Cornered by reality, he accepts the deal, but things end up becoming much more complicated than he expected.

Miguel and Alicia are a young retired couple. One day, Alicia goes to visit her mother-in-law at the nursing home. Hours go by and she does not return. Concerned, Miguel goes out to look for her, but finds her sitting on the sidewalk. What's wrong with her? What happened during this visit? Alicia does not answer. The following days Miguel tries to find out the reason for his wife's attitude, who remains quiet and still in the same position, while he tries to get everything back to normal.
