Kankichi Ryotsu is sulking after his bonus was snatched away by the members of the shopping district. On TV, they hear that Princess Sabrina of the Attakaino Kingdom is coming to Japan. While making a delivery, Ryotsu encounters a kidnapping incident. The girl he rescues from the kidnapper is Princess Sabrina! The kidnapping case develops into a major commotion that involves the downtown area! Will Ryotsu be able to protect the downtown area and everyone there?

One of a gang of karaoke loving middle aged women is murdered by a young man. Her friends track him down and kill him. His friends track them down and kill the killer and it escalates!

The movie starts off with Ryotsu (with Honda as his patsy) hatching another crackpot scam with a fake UFO sighting (via fake crop circles and a wire-hanging UFO). But the plan fails per usual, with the Kameari Park Police Box which results in Ohara punishes Ryotsu by subtracting him from the station's group vacation to Hawaii the following day.

Officer Ryotsu is ordered to team up with FBI agent Lisa Hoshino to find a terrorist who is currently in Tokyo. For an unknown reason, only buildings from the Shinatora corporation seem to be targeted by the mysterious Benten.

Based on a manga by Chuusonji Yutsuko, it tells the story of OL (office lady) extraordinaire and golf fanatic Oyamada Non. She is 23 and works at Major Products in Tokyo's commercial district, Marunouchi. Between bossing her bosses and managing her managers, she finds time to golf, shop, party, and pursue the important things in life, i.e., marriageable men.

Kaoruko, the daughter of a doctor and attending a prestigious high school in Fukuoka, was vaguely anxious about the future. She's even more scared when her friend Natsumi invites her to membership-based prostitution club.

The movie starts out with Katsuhiko going to the US, with Kasumi and Yusaku seeing him off at Narita. Two years later, Katsuhiko is a professional racer, and comes back to Japan to race (and to marry Kasumi). Yusaku`s hobby is photography.

Despite his efforts of living a normal life as a banker, the life of Toru, the only son of the Yubari Family, becomes disrupted by trouble brought on by his father. When his father’s battle against his rival group the Miike Family ignites, Toru becomes more involved in the turf war than he wished for.
