A lonely farmer from the Tver region, Sergey, is forced to sell part of his holdings due to debts. The buyer turns out to be Alisa, a businesswoman from the capital, for whom this is an easy and profitable deal. Unexpectedly, Sergey refuses Alisa and asks her to leave. Discouraged by such a "warm" welcome, the girl decides to convince Sergey and remains to live in his house. After all, even nature itself helps Alisa, bringing down a hurricane on the farm, blocking all exits. A Russian missile submarine disappears without trace during a secret mission in the Greenland Sea. A vessel is deployed to search for it, captained by the brother of the missing submarine’s commander. The search crew is tasked with locating the submarine and preventing a top-secret weapon from falling into enemy hands. One day, Vasya gets into a severe accident, and when he wakes up, he finds, to his horror, that he has physically turned into an Asian. Instead of a handsome, slender, stately Slav in the mirror, he sees a small, frail guest worker. Now he must do everything to return his former body, otherwise he will be deported.

Stalin immediately orders a retaliatory air campaign under the code name “Wings over Berlin.” The closest entry point to Berlin from the USSR border was an airfield on the Estonian island Saaremaa in the Baltic Sea. It would be a 7-hour flight over enemy territory in outdated aircraft leaving no chance of survival for the tail crew members in case of attack. Despite overwhelming odds, the first units completed the mission and made it back to base safely, unlike many others that followed.

In the nursing home "Bumps" every day is similar to the previous one. Old people set fire to napkins in the dining room, the manager paints the walls herself, and the benefactor gives coffins instead of medicines. Everything changes when a friend, nicknamed the Joker, comes to one of the guests. He decides to prove to everyone that it's too early to die, but to shake the old days is the very thing. Together with a former theater actress, the trio comes up with an unusual business and quickly comes to success: life in the "Cones" becomes a resort! That's just energetic pensioners have become competitors of local bandits…

1943. On the eve of the Red Army offensive, Captain Belov's group, which includes Ivan Rodin, accidentally discovers a disguised tank division near the village of Anino. The scouts understand that only they know about the ambush arranged by the Germans. The wounded Belov orders Ivan to reach the Soviet command and warn them of the danger. He reports to the headquarters about the tanks he saw and even reproduces the tactical number of the division, but the front command does not believe him. Suspecting Ivan of misinformation and working for the Germans, the military sends him under arrest. Colonel Alyoshin tries to save his friend: thanks to his perseverance, the command sends another group to Anino — Ivan becomes the guide, and Odintsovo leads the detachment.

The aftermath of a shocking explosion at the Chernobyl nuclear power station made hundreds of people sacrifice their lives to clean up the site of the catastrophe and to successfully prevent an even bigger disaster that could have turned a large part of the European continent into an uninhabitable exclusion zone. This is their story.

In the center of the story are three main characters - Lieutenant Colonel Soshnikov, Captain Muravyov and Major Zakharov. Three ages, three different characters, three different destinies, which are destined to meet at the Khmeimim military base.
