A condensed version of Mutation 2: Generation Dead and Mutation 3: Century of the Dead, Mutation Annihilation follows the remaining survivors of a plague-infested Germany as they fight for survival against the mutated humans they once called their kin. As the plague spreads, turning more and more into monsters, a band of warriors emerge to stop the madness once and for all.

Manuela was kidnapped. Ever since she has been tormented by the experience, seeking the help of a psychiatrist. Five years after her first ordeal she finds herself being kidnapped by another madman and is taken to an isolated mansion. This time her abductor isn't interested in raping and killing her. His sinister games run much deeper, and threaten to break both the mind and spirit of poor Manuela.

Composed of three episodes—titled Kali, Shakti, and Devi—and linked within a narrative framework, it tells the story of the Taylor-Eriksson group, its members, and their extreme practices in search of awareness and liberation from karma. These practices, spiraling into violence and sex, ultimately turn into real nightmares.

Fleeing the police after a bank robbery that went wrong, a group of offenders decides to take refuge on a deserted island. The apparent tranquility of this place actually hides a horde of demonic creatures desperate to satisfy their cannibalism and carry out their mission: to impregnate women with the seed of the devil, and enslave men. One after the other the criminals will be hunted down, abused, murdered; and this island, meant to be a peaceful refuge, will become their tomb.
