In his desperation, he has no choice but to kidnap him and sells the escape to him as an adventure trip based on a jointly invented story about two little animals on their way to the magical land of Padulim. Early German Romanticism was not only an era of great poetry, but also developed a spiritual world view that anticipated much of what people today seek in esotericism, shamanism and Far Eastern religion: the combination of thought and intuition, reason and emotion, science and religion, as well as a view of nature as a living organism that cannot be understood solely through rational dissection. In artistic independence, the early Romantics developed highly individual forms of spirituality that have lost none of their fascination and inspiring power to this day. A successful, womanizing middle-aged man decides to move out of the house he shares with his wife after she confesses to having an affair. The husband begins to take an interest in the artistic work of the lover and coaches him for a big job interview. Little does he know that the job he's helping the lover to get is within his own company... A story about strange circumstances and the limits of friendship.
