Adrián, the assistant of a plastic surgeon, pretends to be a doctor to seduce women in his neighborhood and offer them those services much cheaper than any surgeon.

A family tries to impress a returning uncle, as they think he can lift them out of poverty. The uncle is single, he is old and if he died, all his assets would be inherited by them.

Uncle Antonio falls into a coma and the family inheritance is in danger when his fiancée arrives in town. All this while his niece asks God to heal him since she is in love with him.
