A mockumentary documenting the attempts of Dr. Howard Tarkanian, an unorthodox psychiatrist, to treat a group of patients with severe phobias. The group includes a claustrophobic woman and an agoraphobic man who fall in love, and a lesbian who is afraid of women.

A young man from South Korea comes to New York to study. For the first two years, he surrounds himself with unsuitable friends, leading to an inappropriate life that leads him to drug use and a traumatic event. Subsequently, his life becomes absolutely hopeless due to his sudden mental illness, depriving his social life and total happiness. He tries various treatments to help him though, unfortunately none of them helps. Though, he doesn't give up and holds on to his last hope, his faith. Surprisingly, his life changes positively. He shares his aspirations as well as a sincere message for those who might be going through similar situations as him for encouragement.
