A black comedy centered on the real events of the kidnapping that became a viral phenomenon with millions of live followers. Inspired by actual events occurred in Uppsala during Christmas 2011. In a desperate attempt to solve his economic problems Josef Esfarander, a medical student, plans to kidnap a law student from a wealthy family, assisted by his girlfriend Shirin and a credulous friend from high school. Josef strongly believes he achieved the perfect plan, but contrary to all his expectation the carrying out of the kidnapping becomes a farce.

In May 2013, In Solitude visited Vasaborgen, the historical castle in their hometown Uppsala where the Sture murders took place, and recorded there a special session for the swedish television, which included "A Buried Sun" and their cover of the Cortex song "Jesus I Betong", as well as an interview with each member of the band. At the end of October, PSL broadcasted it as a three-part miniseries called “On the Dark Side of Uppsala” and later on in November, due to fans demand, an English subtitled version was made available.
