The hosts explore different neighborhoods and izakayas, discussing various snacks and drinks. They share interesting trivia about the food and beverages, often accompanied by lively conversations with female guests and experts.

In the first variety series hosted by Yasei Bakudan, the comic duo invites VIP guests to take part in projects such as sacred-place tours for wannabe-idols, a mini-drama series written and directed by Kukki, an advice corner with Rossi, etc.

Hosted by Hiroshi Sekiguchi and Yuji Miyake, the show introduces two delectable dishes each week for the celebrity guests to judge. The dishes are similar but different, such as “Yakitori (grilled chicken speared on sticks) vs. Karaage (deep-fried chicken).” The dishes are made by top class chefs, using the best hand-picked ingredients. The guest judges choose which dish they’d like to eat. The team with the majority wins and only the judges who selected the chosen dish get to eat the meal. The losing team can only watch the winners eating, while they go home with their stomachs empty.

Kitajima Shinnosuke, a cowboy from the USA who goes to Shibuya to find a group of girls to dance Para-Para. Along the way, he becomes a new type of hero, helping to solve problems that afflict Shibuya-Gals.

After Mizusawa Yume's mother becomes ill and passes away, she finds a picture of a man holding a baby in her mother's keepsake box. On the back of the picture it says "Loving Papa and Yume, at Raku no Yu." Yume has never known or even seen a picture of her father, but she believes that this guy must be him. Also in the box there is a lighter with the initials RM. After she finds that the "Raku no Yu", is a 'sento' (public bath) in Shibuya, Tokyo, she's off to meet her long lost father and to get as much money out of him as possible. The debts her mother left her after her death left nothing for Yume. Yume blames her father for her mother's death because if it wasn't for him she wouldn't have had to work so hard and wouldn't have gotten ill and died young. Once she arrives in Tokyo and finds 'Raku no Yu' she finds a name plaque with the inscription Mannaka Rokku, so she is sure this is the place.

Hello Pro Hour (ハロプロアワー) was an online-only Hello! Project show. The show featured Hello! Project members with an interview and a song performance. The shows first broadcast was on March 3, 2006 and the show ended on November 24, 2006 after about 8 months.
