A patch is something commonly used to cover a hole in a dress. Valerio Lundini is a Roman surrealist comedian, who is called every night to replace a programme that, for various reasons, cannot go on air -- he basically puts "a patch" in a TV schedule. But can he?

The series, which follows the film, will see old classmates reunite at high school after the Ministry of Education has canceled their state exams. To prevent their degrees and subsequent qualifications from being revoked by the Ministry, they will have to retake the exam and attend school among much younger people. Needless to say, old memories will resurface, as will hidden passions and unresolved issues.
