The events of the series revolve around a true story, about Shaima. She is a girl who comes from a simple family obsessed with the Tik Tok website, where many interesting things happen to her, and events continue.

In a comic framework, (Atef), the newly graduated young doctor, is assigned to a health unit in a village, and then he suddenly finds himself becoming the director of the health unit and responsible for everything.

The series revolves around the personality of a hotel manager named "Wassim", during which he is exposed to many comical situations with tourist destinations and others.

Based on the film with the same name, the series deals with the issue of drugs and their deadly effects and how that's connected to the rampant corruption in society. As a trinitarian conflict arises between science, money, and addiction, the series shows that conflict through various characters.
