'Dancing With The Stars' will return from 2025 to where it started 18 years ago. The well-known dancers put their best foot forward week after week and also show their hearts through their dance. What effect does screen use really have on your sleep quality? What do young people think of themselves when they look in the mirror? Is exercising with earbuds bad for your hearing? Starting Wednesday, September 3rd, Kobe Ilsen and Danira Boukhriss Terkessidis will examine their and our health in the brand-new program "Over mijn lijf" (About My Body). In six episodes, they explore the impact of topics like temperature, sleep, noise, fitness, body image, and energy on the body. Because health is a topic that affects us all and that many Flemish people deal with every day, but it also has a lot of confusion and myths surrounding it.

Host Vincent Fierens, along with a former contestant and a huge fan of De Verraders (Flemish version of 'The Traitors'), analyzes all the lies, betrayals, and strategies of the previous episode. The exile and the murdered contestant also join us each week, giving us a glimpse behind the scenes or helping us see certain behaviors from a different perspective.
