Yug Kipen is a tight—lipped, modest boy raised by his grandmother. Yug's mother died when he was three years old, and he never saw his father. Everything changes when, on his 14th birthday, Yug discovers the money his father sent in his grandmother's closet. From this moment begins the story of the great journey of the South in search of his father. Potential fathers are scattered all over Russia. The South will have to cross the whole country to meet everyone. He will visit the most beautiful corners of our country, and of course, he will see the main attraction of Russia — people! It is not easy for a 14-year-old teenager to make such a journey, in principle, and even more difficult for the South, because he has a bunch of phobias that he will have to overcome every time.

Zakhar is the head of a big family who spent all his life living in a village in a private house. He is also the only one who refused to sell the land for the construction of a new residential complex. After all, not only his right to private property but also his happy memories are under threat: the old forest he knew since he was little was cut down, and the pond where he used to fish with his father was drained. Moreover, his grandson fell in love with the developer's daughter! While life seems to fall completely apart, Zakhar, together with his family, decides to stand his ground to the very end against urban developers, dissatisfied tenants of the newly built high-rise, and total injustice.

The robberies are well organized and well thought out. And someone very knowledgeable prepares them. The leadership decides to unite the efforts of two departments of the Moscow militia against the "outlaws": the Ministry of Internal Affairs and the UBKHS. Together they are preparing an operation to arrest the gang.
