Now, an investigator with BCCT, Saburo Musashi, joins his team to take on a masked armed group that seizes a broadcast station and holds 500 hostages.

One year after the hospital occupation incident, Saburo Musashi (Sho Sakurai) of the Kanagawa Prefectural Police Investigation Division has another "worst day" ...! Kanagawa Prefecture's first international airport "Kanagawa New Airport" is suddenly occupied by an armed group wearing a beast mask!

Ichiro Seike is a popular, 43 year old politician. He has gained popularity for his impressive smile and liberal speech and behavior. He is expected to be a future prime minster candidate. He has a secretary, Toshiya Suzuki, who carefully works to guide him to the prime minister position. They look like a perfect match as a politician and his secretary, but Reporter Kanae Michiura feels something is off about the relationship of these two. She begins to investigate their past and notices the mysterious deaths that have followed Ichiro Seike during his rise in politics. Her own father's death, who was also a reporter, is somehow connected to the politician's past.

Formerly a segment on the show 'VS Arashi' this now stand-alone show pits celebrities against one another in a thrilling game of ＢＡＢＡ抜き (Old Maid) to decide who will be the champion (weakest/joker) of the year!

The story is set in a big hospital which is infiltrated and taken over by an armed group wearing devil masks. Musashi Saburo a police officer on leave of absence has to save the hostages within a set time limit.

As they take on one puzzling trick-ridden case after another, they seem to find a hint related to her father each time that brings about a new riddle. Then they learn that the key to solving the mystery of his disappearance is a 20-year-old incident that has been buried in darkness. What Anna does not yet realize is that both Kazama and Kurita are connected to this incident.
