Entertainers with Byron Allen is a television magazine interview series hosted by Byron Allen which usually airs in low-profile weekend timeslots in syndication, such as early afternoons against competing sports events on other stations a television station knows they will not compete well against, or in overnight periods. The show typically takes place with Allen doing a short introduction of his guests, then showing interview footage of a celebrity at a press junket, along with clips of the film being promoted. Athletes are also interviewed, usually in practice or home settings. Music videos are also shown to fill out time towards the end of the program. The program was previously known as Entertainment Studios, named after Allen's network of websites encompassing his various other syndicated programs, which is the present name for the production company run by Allen that produces the program.

McDonald's Young Entertainers was a New Zealand teenager talent reality series that ran from 1997 to 1999 on TVNZ's TV2 at 6:30pm on Sundays. It was hosted by Jason Gunn, and endorsed by the McDonald's franchise. McDonald's Young Entertainers was broadcast in New Zealand from March 1997 to September 1999. The show featured Jason Gunn as the host and a group of talented young teenagers as a regular troupe of singers and dancers. The young talents’ job was to make the three contestants that would appear on the show feel at ease while they were under tight scrutiny from the resident judges, including singer Tina Cross. The troupe and the contestants all had to be aged 18 or under in order to be eligible for the show. Jason and the troupe would open and close each individual show with big production numbers, as well as performing various songs during the show, individually or as a group. The show aired with high ratings among young audiences, but was cancelled within two years in late 1999. The show featured some New Zealand teenagers who are now famous, including television personality Drew Neemia, cricketer Ronald Karaitiana, singer Hayley Westenra, actress Michelle Ang and concert pianist John Chen.

The School of Water Business is a manga series created by Shinobu Inokuma, the author of Salad Days. It is based on a novel by Hikaru Murozumi, and is set in a fictional trade-school—that focuses on the mizu shōbai—located in the Kabukichō district of Shinjuku, Tokyo. The school's focus is to give students their last chance in the school system. Classes are divided into occupations such as hostesses, hosts, "managers", "geibaa" and, finally, "soapgirls". The series is mostly a romantic comedy but also mixes in many positive messages about life, work, friendship, and other topics. The series has a sequel, 都立水商！2, with one volume published as of March 2012. Oda Mari, now a teacher at the high school, replaces Keisuke Tanabe as the focus character.

Frank The Entertainer in a Basement Affair is a VH1 reality television show starring Frank "The Entertainer" Maresca, who previously starred in I Love New York, I Love Money, and I Love Money 2. Unlike other dating shows, the contestants live with Frank and his parents in a house down the street from Frank's real home. The show premiered on January 3, 2010, with the series to run a total of 11 episodes. Fifteen women competed for his love. The winner was Kerry Schwartz.

The Entertainers is a one-hour American variety show that aired on CBS from September 25, 1964 through March 27, 1965 on the 1964–1965 United States network television schedule. The series, produced by Joe Hamilton, featured three stars, Hamilton's wife Carol Burnett, Caterina Valente, and Bob Newhart. Burnett left her role in the Broadway musical Fade Out - Fade In to star in the series and later was sued by the show's producers for doing so.
